We do not like surprises that will cost us extra money or take extra time. Because you probably feel the same way, we have made your spare parts orders easy to calculate. No surprises, no hidden costs:

We will ship all your orders as quickly as possible – our promise:
•    Parts on stock are shipped immediately, also in partial deliveries. 
•    The average delivery lead time is 2-5 working days, 4-6 weeks for indent order.
•    You will be notified when your package is ready for pick up.
Additional:
•    Unless otherwise stated, our quotation does not include wiring diagram update, programming charges, additional retrofit parts or any charges or fees for additional services. These will be quoted separately, if required.

•    Cost for Certificate of Origin (COO) is not included. COO will be charged at EUR 300 per set and charged by per country. Please confirm requirement upon order.
